Returns

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to start a return.

Made-to-order and digital products

Made-to-order items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded, unless the file is faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
